Shipping & handling is just $2.99 for the first item and $0.99 for each additional item for books shipped via USPS media mail. Shipping & handling is just $5.49 for the first item and $1.49 for each additional item for books shipped via UPS ground service. We are unable orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO and APO locations because of the non-deterministic times it takes to get the products delivered to those locations via USPS media mail. Book Delivery Times: For each book the Availability: field indicates the days it takes to ship the product. Most in-stock products are shipped within 24 hours as indicated by the availability field. You need to add the delivery time which depends on the shipping method selected. Magazine Subscriptions: The number of times your magazine subscription publishes each year will determine when you will receive your first issue. As a general rule, daily subscriptions take 4 to 8 weeks to start, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks to start, monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks to start and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions take 10 to 16 weeks to start. Rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first unit--not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.
